By purchasing a product from Bargain Wholesalers you agree to the following terms and conditions;

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
We make every effort to ensure that all information that may be of use to you is included within the item description. We are also particularly fussy about images used and that colours displayed are a fair representation of the item or garment. However, different computer screen settings can alter the colour that appears on your screen.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Our stock control system on the website is usually very accurate and will give a very good indication of the quantity of item available. However, mistakes can occasionally occur, usually of the human error (!) and should you order an item which is actually out of stock, we will contact you immediately to advise and discuss and arrange a refund.

PRICES
We do not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services. If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price, if the item(s) has been charged and not dispatched we will cancel and refund your order.

DELIVERY
All items are dispatched with a reputable courier company and a signature is required. You are able to request a separate delivery address to the billing address if it is more convenient for your item to arrive at an alternative address. Delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days. A tracking code is supplied with every order so that you are able to track progress.

RETURNS
If you not 100% satisfied with your product for whatever reason please contact us we will resolve any issues you may have and sort them out with you. You may return any items to us within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You the buyer must pay the full post and packing cost of returning the item, including damaged or faulty goods, as all items are checked before dispatched except electrical goods-i.e. battery or mains operated items. A replacement will be sent or a refund will be given and we will require you to return the faulty product back to us first. We will refund postage costs incurred if you return any electrical item to us that are deemed faulty.

WARRANTIES
Queries regarding electrical items sold with a manufacturer’s warranty should be made directly with the manufacturer.

The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat” – not a contractual offer. Prices stated on our website may be stated incorrectly. The purchase of products via our website will be subject to our terms of sale. You agree to our terms of sale each time you purchase a product or products via our website.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up-to-date. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).

These terms of use will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to these terms of use will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
